EasyPay Errors: 'Failed to Open Database' cannot log in to EasyPay

It may be due to Database Failure or invalid User ID and Password (case sensitive)

Check if your password is correct. If your other colleagues can log in, then it is likely that the username and password are wrong. If all your users are not able to log in, then please check as follows:

  1. Go to your Server.

  2. In the Windows search, type SQL Central.

  3. Click the first option, SQL Anywhere 17.

  4. Click Services, and you will see your EPE Service on the right window panel.

  5. Right-click on the status Stopped and click Start.

  6. The light turns green, then the service is started.

  7. If the light is red, restart the server.
