Follow the steps below to reset the password for the EasyPay Online portal:
Log in with your credentials and click Forgot Your Password?
Enter your username, Captcha, and click Continue.
Select your email address from the dropdown, enter the next Captcha, and click Continue.
A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code and the Captcha on the next screen.
Press Approve when DUO Authentication sends to your mobile.
Enter a new password, confirm the new password, and click Reset Password.
