Payroll General: Generate a report to sort the pay amount in the payroll module

Generate a payroll report that shows the Employee Name, Date of birth and Salary.

To generate a report to sort the pay amount, please do as follows:

Note: This report is for active staff that has been processed in the payroll month that you select.

  1. Go to the Payroll module, Report, Export, and click Pay Detail Export.

  2. Click New and key in the Report ID and Name (Example, Department Pay Summary Report)

  3. Select Sort By, Department.

  4. Select Report By, Summary

  5. Click Employee Data to select for employee details related data. (Example, Employee Name, date of birth, date of hire)

  6. Click Fix Pay Item Current for the pay component data. (Example, Basic Wage, Total Wage, OT amount, All allowance, etc.)

  7. Click Save and click Preview to generate the report.

  8. Select Excel or Wordpad.
