To resolve this error message, please reinstall the Main Package as follows:
Go to your computer's control panel and uninstall the Crystal Report runtime.
Restart your computer.
Install Crystal Report runtime.
Reinstall the Main Package as follows:
Extract the file and enter the password as mentioned in the article.
Double-click Setup.exe.
Only run the Main Package; the Database Engine is not required.
