To resolve this error, please check if full permission is given to the users in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Easy Pay Enterprise\Report; otherwise, check the following steps:
Open Windows Command Prompt and enter “whoamI”. It shows the user’s Windows account ID. eg. haizreen hasmadi (Ignore the AD domain)
A sample is as below:
Go to C:\Users\folder and check if this user's folder exists, eg. C:\Users\haizreen.hasmadi
If it does not exist, then manually create a folder: C:\Users\[WindowsAccountID]\Documents\Easy Pay Enterprise\Report and assign full permission to the users.
