ePortal: Attachment is missing when submitting a claim

Cannot see the claims receipt in eportal.

This happens when your ePortal DB has nearly reached the maximum storage. You need to consider shrinking the ePortal database or upgrading your SQL Server to Standard Edition to have more storage space.

Upgrade from SQL Server Express to Standard Edition

When ePortal is initially installed at your premises, we provide the free edition of SQL Server (SQL Express). Customers will need to buy the SQL Standard edition themself when the size exceeds. We can help you with the transfer of the database for a nominal fee.
