ePortal: Manager unable to select or approve leave applications

The approving manager is unable to view the check box to approve. Take back rights.

When a manager delegates an alternative manager to approve on his behalf, the eportal approve button at the original manager screen will be deactivated. The original manager will need to take back his rights to approve if he has canceled his delegation or his leave. To solve this issue, please do as follows.

  1. Log in to ePortal as a Manager.

  2. Click Process Leave.

  3. Click the People icon in the actions column.

  4. Click Ok in the Confirm take back rights? message.
