ePortal: Multiple assignments for the approving manager in the ePortal

How to do multiple assign for approving manager for claim and leave? Why couldn't I assign 2nd level approver managers?

To assign multiple employees to an approving manager, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to ePortal as admin.

  2. Click HR Management, User Management, Manage User

  3. Click Multiple Approval and select the staff

  4. At the bottom, you may choose the approving manager for the claim

  5. Click Submit

Note: To use the “Multiple Assign” feature to assign the Approving Manager, you need to specify both “Leave Approving Manager 1” and “Leave Approving Manager 2”.

However, you only specify Manager 2 without Manager 1. The same goes for the Claims and Claim Approving Manager.
