EasyPay Errors: '535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted'

Gmail Server send out email error

You need to create an App password, followed by updating the app password in EasyPay or eportal.

Please get your IT assistant to set up an App Password as follows.

Update the App password in EasyPay:

  1. Go to EPE Control.

  2. Click Modules and select Email.

  3. Select Email Server Setup.

  4. Update Password and Save.

Update the App password in eportal:

  1. Log in to eportal as Admin.

  2. Click Settings and select Email Configuration.

  3. Select Email Server.

  4. Update and click Save.
