If you would like to save a report in Excel format, please follow the steps below:
Go to reports and select the report you wish to export.
Click Export, CSV file.
Save or copy the CSV file to your local PC Desktop.
The file will automatically open or convert in Excel.
If you need to save the same report again, delete the previously saved CSV file from the remote desktop folder before exporting a new one.
Note: If you do not delete the existing CSV file, the new report will be saved as a text file instead of automatically converting to Excel
