EasyPay: Error 'Cannot open file C:\Users\Public\Documents\Easy Pay Enterprise\Report\UpgradeError.log'

You need to right-click the Access Easypay application and run as Administrator. Then you be able to update the database without any error. Also check with your IT if you have the access rights to update or install software.
