Payroll Errors: Error 'New CPF Submission Number..' CPF submission

Error New CPF Submission Number(CSN- Take effect from 2009) contains 15 characters, which comprises UEN(10 characters) + CPF Payment Code (5 characters- 2 alpha and 2 numeric)

If your company's CPF number has only 14 characters, try adding a space before PTE01 as follows:


Example, company's 53391234A PTE01

  1. Go to the Core module and click Company.

  2. Click Statutory Information and click Employer Compulsory CPF Number 1.

  3. Make the changes and click Save.

  4. Try the submission again.
