When the error prompts out as 'One or more CSN in your file does not match the CPF Submission No' when doing CPF direct submission or manual submission, there's a symbol in the CPF Submission No. You'll need to remove it as guided below:
In the Core module, click Modules, Company.
Click the Statutory Information Tab.
Amend the Employer Compulsory CPF No by removing the symbol.
Click Save
