Why am I not able to access the eportal?

The “Your connection is not private” error means your browser can't establish a secure connection with the website you're trying to access. The error message displays when your browser is unable to confirm that the site has a valid SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate.

This is due to your SSL Certificate being expired or you may have to update it. Please be informed we do not provide support service to update SSL at the customer's server and your internal IT Team will have to do so.

SSL Certificate is part of IT infrastructure. You may check on Google on how you may do this.
