Leave: Employee leave records show negative exceeding the entitlement

How do I modify the setting so that employees may only apply for the annual leave they are eligible for in the year?

Please check as follows to rectify the issue:

  1. Go to the Leave module, Setup, Leave Type, General tab.

  2. Uncheck for Advanced Application.

  3. Click Setup, Leave Policy, Allocation Table.

  4. Select the Allocation Table ID and ensure the value is zero.

  5. Log in to the ePortal as admin.

  6. Go to Settings, eLeave Settings, Configuration

  7. Under the Allow advance leave application, the Leave type needs to be unchecked.
