The discrepancies in leave transactions in the eportal are due to the leave record only being deleted in EasyPay and not in the eportal. Please follow the steps below to remove the leave transaction in the eportal:
Log in to the ePortal as Admin and click HR Management.
Select DB Management, then select Remove Record.
Find the record and enable the leave record that you want to remove.
Click Delete and click OK.
Get the employee to apply again if need to.
