Please go to your eportal server and configure it as follows:
Go to your ePortal server and search IIS.
Expand Sites and expand Default Website.
Right-click eportal and select Explore.
Click on eportalv2 folder and go into the Utilities folder.
Run WebConfigEditor.exe.
Click the Load button to load the WebConfig file from the eportalv2/web folder.
Click the ApplicationSetting2 tab and change the timing and hours needed. Make sure to have a backup webconfig file before changes are made.
