ePortal: Cannot log in to ePortal with Windows ID

I'm having an eportal login failure when logging in using my Windows credentials to the eportal.

To resolve this issue, please login to eportal as admin and do as follows:

  1. User management.

  2. Manage User.

  3. Click this Employee ID.

  4. Check the Network ID there. (You can set your Windows network ID here if your eportal is configured to log in using the Windows credentials)
