Payroll General: Export all addresses for my employees

Export my employee's contact locations.

Follow the steps below to export addresses for your employees:

  1. Go to the Payroll module and click Reports.

  2. Click Export, and select Pay Detail Export.

  3. Click New and enter a Report ID, e.g. Address.

  4. Click Employee Data in the centre.

  5. Move over Employee ID, Employee Name, Address 1, Address 2 and Address 3.

  6. Click Save, click Preview, then click Excel.
