If the staff's resignation date is before the leave application date, you'll need to <a href="https://help-easypay.theaccessgroup.com/en/articles/12603988-eportal-delete-an-approved-leave-record-in-eportal">delete the leave application</a> in Access EasyPay and ePortal to save the cessation date.<br>​<br>
