Currently in EasyPay, paid Maternity Leave is 16 weeks, and paid Paternity Leave is 4 weeks, with this new addition of 6 weeks of Shared Parental Leave (SPL), the total of all these leave combined will be 26 weeks. Each parent will be entitled to 3 weeks of SPL starting 1 April 2025. Mother and Father= 3+3= 6 weeks. Each employee will be given 3 weeks in Access EasyPay. Should the wife/ mother decide to give away her SPL so that the father/ husband will be eligible for 6 weeks, then please go to the Leave module, Modules, Adjustment Leave to add the leave in working days (based on a case-by-case basis).

Child Residence Status: Local
Minimum Service Months : 3
Marital Status: Married
SC children born on or after 1 April 2025
Must be consumed within a year of the child's born.

Phase 1: Eligible working parents of SC children born on or after 1 April 2025 will be entitled to 6 weeks of SPL;
