If you encounter an error as above, please check the following:
Go to the Core module and click Company.
Click the Statutory Information tab.
Amend the number if incorrectly entered.
To verify your CPF number, log in to your CPF employer login. Then check the account number that is assigned.
Verify the number there is the same as in the Core module, Company.
Remove or add space in step 3 if required.
