Please follow the steps below to resolve the error:
Log in to your PC as a local admin.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE
Run BDEADMIN.exe and click the Databases tab.
Highlight your database, eg, EPEABC, and change BLOB SIZE to 8192.
Then change BLOB TO CACHE to 10240.
Click the arrow on the top left to Apply.
Repeat step 3 till 6 for all other databases.
